Welcome to the dx 11 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the dx 11 website and services. By accessing the site or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you object to any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Dx 11 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the site with the updated date clearly noted. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Dx 11 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. dx 11 is not liable for any such temporary unavailability.

When registering an account on dx 11, you must provide accurate and truthful information. False or misleading details may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Single Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, per household, or per device.
• Identity Verification (KYC): A photo of your national ID or passport may be required before processing a withdrawal.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to support immediately.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not considered placed until system confirmation is received after submission.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is placed will be the ones that apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or does not take place, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Data Error: In the event of a technical error affecting scores or results, dx 11 reserves the right to verify and correct the information using official sources.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet limit is set for each market and is displayed on the platform.
• Cashout: When a cashout option is available, the decision is entirely yours. The cashout amount is determined based on the current state of the event.

Dx 11 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing or irregular activity, and to investigate the associated account.

Dx 11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before opting in.

• Welcome Bonus: New users receive a bonus on their first deposit. Specific wagering requirements must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds typically require a 10x to 30x wager before withdrawal. This requirement is clearly stated on each offer's page.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• One Bonus, One Use: The same promotion cannot be used more than once unless explicitly permitted in the terms.
• VIP Points: VIP points earned through regular betting can be converted to cash — though a minimum points threshold applies.

• Session Timer: Set an automatic logout after a specified period of time.

Dx 11 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false identity or inaccurate information.
• Manipulating the betting system or using bots.
• If the bonus system is abused.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• Opening an account while being underage.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the associated payment account, unless fraud is established during investigation.
